Register sales orders, returns, and other transactions in the D365 ERP system. Issue, cancel, return, and discard invoices according to internal procedures. Generate various reports and monitor key performance indicators related to sales operations. Analyze commercial requests and contact responsible departments to resolve pending issues. Track pending orders and complete billing after materials have been received into inventory. Manage physical material returns, ensuring correct restocking at the Distribution Center. Control the dispatch of batches of billed and/or consigned materials. Support third-party inventory management by providing accurate and up-to-date information. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education. Higher education currently in progress (desirable). Experience in customer service routines (preferably in the healthcare or health insurance segment). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ERP system knowledge desirable (D365 preferred).
