SYSTEMS OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Description

Responsible for supervising systems and IT infrastructure operations, ensuring service availability, performance, security, and continuity. Engages in capacity planning, continuous improvement of operational processes, and team management, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and business requirements. Responsibilities: * **Operations and Infrastructure** o Ensure availability and performance of critical systems o Monitor environments (on\-premise and cloud) o Manage capacity and performance * **Monitoring and Incidents** o Manage events, alerts, and critical incidents o Lead incident response (technical and operational) o Ensure SLA compliance * **Continuity and Resilience** o Support contingency and disaster recovery plans o Conduct recovery tests o Monitor operational risks * **Information Security** o Ensure implementation of security controls o Support vulnerability management o Ensure compliance with LGPD, ISO 27001, and internal policies * **Vendor Interface** o Support management of technology vendors for issue resolution. o Track technical support activities. * **Compliance, Quality, and Governance** o Comply with the Quality Management System guidelines (ISO 9001\), Information Security practices (ISO 27001\), Responsible Gaming policies, and the organization's internal standards. o Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information under their responsibility.
