Responsibilities and Duties Activities * Perform store opening and/or closing: assist in coordinating and organizing the sales area, check inventory, fitting rooms, restocking items (if necessary), and all other areas to ensure they are in perfect condition for customers. Recruit and select candidates and ensure adequate staffing for the store; * Monitor sales reports, engage the team to achieve results, and communicate individual and team goals. * Assist the immediate supervisor in coordinating all activities required for store operations (monthly meetings, team development feedback, evaluation of individual customer service model implementation, team dress code).
