Responsibilities and Duties As a **Hostess** at the **FIT Group**, you will be the primary link between our customers and the **gastronomic experience** we offer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Reception and Welcome** * Greet customers warmly and energetically, providing a light and welcoming arrival. * Manage the waiting queue efficiently and attentively. * Escort customers to their tables, ensuring order and fluidity throughout the dining area. * Provide initial information about the menu and restaurant operations. **Flow Management** * Monitor table occupancy and communicate status updates to leadership. * Coordinate closely with servers and waitstaff to maintain consistent service pace. * Observe and address customer needs during the first minutes of their experience. **Operational Support** * Support promotional activities, activations, and special events with professionalism and clarity. * Maintain a clean, organized, and FIT-standard reception area. * Alert leadership to any inconsistencies in guest flow or experience journey. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional who aligns with our purpose and possesses the following qualifications: * **Organizational Values:** **Discipline**, which strengthens us; **Security**, in every action; **Gratitude**, which connects us; **Vibration**, which inspires. * **Technical Skills:** Clear **communication**, **friendliness**, and **proactivity** in customer interactions. * **Behavioral Skills:** **Organization**, lightness in public interaction, and **focus on operational fluidity**. * **Knowledge:** Completed **High School**, interest in customer service, **hospitality**, and **customer delight**; proficiency in conversational **foreign languages** is a plus. * **Preferred Experience:** Prior experience in **restaurant reception** or customer service is a plus. Additional Information **Work Location:** FIT Group stores at Confins Airport **Salary:** R$1.630,97 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + on-site meal benefit + tips **Work Schedule:** 6x1 (1 weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month). **Available Shifts:** * **Intermediate Shift:** 11:40 AM to 8:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.630,97 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
