Job Summary: Cumim is responsible for keeping the environment organized, processing orders, and providing outstanding, efficient, and courteous service to customers to ensure their satisfaction and the restaurant’s turnover. Focus on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty The cumim’s role includes keeping the bar area organized, delivering orders, carrying small plates and glasses, and ensuring the service counter remains clean and orderly. Our working hours are from 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM. Provide outstanding service through courtesy, professional demeanor, good humor, attention to orders, and empathy with a genuine desire to serve. Maintain constant efficiency to increase restaurant turnover. More turnover generates more revenue and tips. More friendliness/good humor attracts more customers, repeat visits, and satisfaction.
