Job Summary: Responsible for preparing dishes, keeping the kitchen organized, and ensuring the quality of guests' gastronomic experience, aligned with Accor's Service Culture. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain the kitchen in perfect physical condition, including equipment and materials, to meet guests' needs and deliver a unique and unforgettable experience, in alignment with Accor's Service Culture. * Perform all tasks required for dish preparation and buffet setup. * Plate individual dishes, buffets, trays, etc., and distribute them to consumption areas. * Suggest menu modifications based on product availability and consumption history. * Perform tasks across various kitchen departments, such as butchery, garde-manger, pastry, pasta, and others. * Monitor buffet consumption and replenish food items as needed. * Personally supervise buffets set up for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, ensuring excellent quality and presentation. * Assist in optimizing resources and controlling food costs, and implement the area's self-control procedures.
