Results-oriented focus and customer service JOB: STORE MANAGER (Supermarket) We seek an experienced leader with systemic vision and results orientation to manage all operations of our store, ensuring excellence in customer service, organization, and people management. Main Responsibilities You will be the primary person accountable for the store, managing three pillars: **Operations and Quality Management (Sales Floor):** * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and quality standards across all departments (Butcher, Bakery, Checkout, and Restocking). * Monitor correct pricing, shelf stocking, and display of promotional flyers. * Supervise goods receipt and inventory verification; **Leadership and People Management:** * Lead, guide, and motivate the entire team, fostering an environment of respect and order. * Conduct monthly departmental meetings to communicate routines and collect ideas. * Carry out recruitment (technical interviews), performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. * Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and proper shift handovers. **Results and Customer Management:** * Analyze sales, inventory, and order reports to optimize product purchasing. * Collaborate with Loss Prevention to implement corrective actions. * Provide customer service to resolve inquiries, complaints, and complex exchanges. **Essential Requirements** * Experience: Minimum of 1 year of documented experience as a Store Manager. * Education: Completed High School (minimum). * Knowledge: Supermarket routines, logistics, inventory control, and computer literacy. * Willingness to relocate. **Benefits:** * Housing Allowance. * Fuel Allowance. * Health Insurance Plan. * Dental Insurance Plan. * Life Insurance. * University Partnerships.
