




Job Summary: Administrative receptionist responsible for customer service, document organization, and supporting company daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer and visitor service (in-person and telephone) 2. Document organization and administrative support 3. Access control and meeting scheduling * In-person and telephone customer and visitor service * Receiving and directing people to respective departments * Managing and scheduling meetings * Organizing administrative documents and files * Managing incoming and outgoing mail * Supporting company administrative routines * Registering and updating information in systems * Controlling access for visitors and employees * Supporting customer service via email and WhatsApp * Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms * Ordering and managing office supplies Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00 Saturdays on rotating schedule, from 08:00 to 12:00 Requirements: Completed High School Education Basic Excel proficiency Career Development Plan Salary: R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Education allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
