Its activities are preventive and proactive, grounded in ethics and citizenship, defending and affirming rights to foster individuals’ capabilities and potential, thereby supporting their physical, intellectual, and moral development. **Our Services:** APPRENTICESHIP \- IPHAC implements the “Jovem Aprendiz” (Youth Apprenticeship) Program, enabling youth aged 14–24 to enter formal employment while remaining enrolled in school, through theoretical and practical training. INTERNSHIP \- IPHAC serves as an internship integration agent, connecting educational institutions and host organizations (employers) to support student (intern) development for productive employment. HR SERVICES \- IPHAC partners with companies to conduct outsourced recruitment processes; after interviews, top candidates are submitted for final selection. GOVERNMENT PROGRAM AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT \- Optimizing the use of public resources. SOCIAL PROJECTS \- IPHAC implements government-funded social projects targeting families whose rights have been violated, including Basic Social Protection services, Community Bonding and Strengthening services, and initiatives promoting labor market integration and reintegration.
