Participating in training and quality management processes **Job Purpose** Approach customers for goods collection and delivery, receive and verify fiscal documentation, and store cargo in the truck. **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school Skills: Productivity capacity, organization, interpersonal skills, agility, attention, and understanding of tasks **Desired Competencies** Completed high school, residence near Califórnia neighborhood, and easy access. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load vehicles for goods delivery; * Approach customers courteously and professionally, correctly identifying oneself and announcing the service; * Verify goods and collection/delivery documentation; * Request receipt and documentation for delivered and/or collected goods; * Assist by answering the driver’s mobile phone for general information; * Maintain the (internal) workplace environment organized and clean; * Update the driver on the itinerary whenever receiving calls for new services; * Label goods according to the fiscal document at the time of collection; * Contact the company in case of doubts or non-conformities; * Assist the driver with street maneuvers; * Perform arrangement, securing, and tarping; * Provide internal and external customer service as required by the company; * Participate in training and refresher courses established by the company; * Actively participate in total quality management processes. **Salaries and Benefits** Competitive salary, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan, profit-sharing program, partnerships with universities (Anhanguera and Anima), attendance bonus. ***We believe in Inclusion!
