We are looking for a Generalist HR Consultant | Headhunter focused on Recruitment and Selection, who will also support other HR subsystems including development, culture, climate, metrics, and processes. This position is ideal for Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (generalist or consulting). Strong ability to independently and efficiently manage selection processes. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities when engaging with managers and candidates. Experience with routine HR tasks and subsystems beyond recruitment. Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for technical, commercial, or high-volume positions. Consulting experience and exposure to diverse clients/business profiles. Knowledge of structured interviews and assessment methodologies. Experience with HR metrics and People Analytics routines. Advanced English proficiency.
