That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** A professional from the **CONTRACTOR**, responsible for producing the software artifacts that the *Squad* must deliver. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Description** We are seeking a professional with solid experience in cloud environments—especially Microsoft Azure—to join a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining and evolving infrastructure for Artificial Intelligence-based solutions and open-source systems in production. This role will be essential for process automation, infrastructure security, and support of critical systems used by the public sector. **Responsibilities:** * Act as a DevOps engineer in an Azure environment, administering and maintaining cloud services with focus on availability, performance, and security. * Provision and maintain infrastructure for systems such as n8n, Dify, and Chatwoot on Azure. * Automate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure processes using modern DevOps practices. * Integrate and sustain generative AI model solutions in production environments. * Monitor system health and respond to incidents using tools such as Azure Monitor. * Work with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), applying agile methodologies. * Collaborate with public-sector product and technology teams, supporting strategic decision-making. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed higher education degree (technologist, undergraduate, and/or lato sensu postgraduate and/or stricto sensu postgraduate) in Information Technology. * Proven, solid experience in IT infrastructure, particularly within the public sector. * Solid experience with Azure, including administration of virtual machines, networks, Azure SQL, backups, monitoring, and security. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with open-source systems in cloud environments, such as: * n8n (process automation) * Dify (generative AI) * Chatwoot (CRM and customer support) * Experience administering Linux and Windows servers. * Hands-on experience with production application monitoring and troubleshooting. * Knowledge of information security and access control (IAM, RBAC, firewalls). * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS). * Ability to provide technical leadership and coordinate tasks in critical environments. * **Availability to work in a hybrid mode in Belo Horizonte/MG.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent. * Technical English fluency. * Contributions to open-source projects. * Experience applying agile methodologies to infrastructure management. **Additional Information** In continuous development, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and accessible environment. **We invest in talent development** and implement practices that optimize and connect diverse technological and innovative aspects.
