Good communication and teamwork Job Description: **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated professional to work as a CLEANER, responsible for cleaning and maintaining the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor areas. The goal is to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for customers and staff, in accordance with the company’s hygiene and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning of restaurant facilities (dining area, restrooms, outdoor areas, etc.); * Sanitize utensils and equipment according to safety guidelines; * Collect, sort, and dispose of waste appropriately; * Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment when necessary; * Follow established hygiene and safety procedures; * Provide support to other departments when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role or similar activities; * Attention to detail and focus on quality; * Organization, agility, and responsibility; * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (50% of monthly premium covered by the company, with co-payment); * Dental assistance (free for the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 4:30 PM to 12:50 AM, rotating shift 6x1 **Compensation:** * Fixed monthly salary of R$ 1.697,00; * Hazardous work allowance (R$ 151.18 per month); * Average monthly commission of R$ 600.00; * Potential for additional earnings.
