Job Description: **Position Summary:** The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and organizing foods served at the beginning of the day, ensuring quality, speed, and presentation of dishes according to Udon Restaurant standards. Works on producing typical breakfast items such as breads, cakes, baked goods, omelets, fruits, beverages, etc., ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Also responsible for organizing and cleaning the workstation and restocking items during service. Must pay attention to preparation time and demand, especially during peak hours, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards; * Collaborate in the development and preparation of new dishes and recipes, following the Chef’s instructions; * Maintain an organized and clean workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards; * Monitor ingredient usage and storage to avoid waste; * Follow the work schedule and perform mise en place efficiently to ensure prompt service. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Cook in restaurants or industrial kitchens; * Experience with à la carte dishes is desirable; * Knowledge of food preparation and plating techniques; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Proactivity, organization, and commitment to quality. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (company covers 50% of the monthly fee for the employee, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental assistance (at no cost to the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * Meals provided at the workplace; * Pharmacy card. **Work Schedule:** * 5:30 AM to 1:50 PM (6-day workweek with 1 day off) **Compensation:** * Monthly salary of R$ 1.747,56; * Average monthly commission of R$ 300.00; * Attendance bonus: R$250.00; * Potential for additional earnings. **Work Location:** * Address: Av.
