The professional will be responsible for administrative routines, document organization, and support to other departments within the company. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Organize, archive, and update physical and digital documents. * Provide in-person and telephone/WhatsApp assistance to visitors and employees. * Manage internal correspondence and documents. * Send monthly documentation to clients. * Control and submit employee documentation for client access authorization. * Provide general administrative support to other departments. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Administrative experience (preferably in HR or SMS). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and teamwork. **Schedule and Location** * **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Work Mode:** Onsite * **Location:** Nova Cachoeirinha – Belo Horizonte/MG (office) **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1.900,00 * **Benefits:** * Medical and dental health plan * Life insurance * On-site meals * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy Job Type: Permanent CLT Payment: R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
