With over seven decades in the market and great determination, Transmartins continues delivering high-quality services using diverse technologies and a team of qualified professionals to manage the entire logistics process, constantly pursuing evolution. **Job Description** The Support Technician is responsible for providing user support and handling maintenance requests for computers and printers, installing and configuring operating systems and network infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide user support across all units, both in person and via telephone; * Install and maintain computers, mobile devices, and other peripherals; * Configure corporate mobile devices according to the manager's request; * Proactively manage and monitor tickets with vendors, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining clear communication with users; * Enter invoices and/or contracts into the BENNER system; * Provide Windows and Microsoft Office support; * Format computers; * Enforce security policies; * Install software approved by TRANSMARTINS; * Provide user/driver support for the Mobile application; * Assist with daily departmental routines; * Monitor and handle tickets in the GLPI system; * Maintain organization and accuracy of the indicator spreadsheet, providing reliable data for departmental decision-making; * Join machines to the domain; * Assist in maintaining network infrastructure; * Actively pursue continuous improvement through participation in training programs and seeking new knowledge, applying\-it to daily work routines; * Create and maintain manuals, technical documentation, and training videos. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields. * Technical support and user assistance skills. * Basic knowledge of hardware and software, including device installation and configuration. * Familiarity with Help Desk tools and ticket management systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work in teams and solve problems. **Desirable Requirements** * Technical education in Information Technology or related fields. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems. * Experience in technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Familiarity with computer networks and communication protocols. * Basic understanding of information security. * Knowledge of databases and programming languages is desirable. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\. **Benefits** * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Pharmacy benefits; * Profit-sharing program; * Corporate university; * Day off; * Partnerships with universities; * Pharmacy discount; * And much more!
