Student service and performance report preparation Mega Escola is looking for a **Polo Supervisor** to lead and coordinate unit operations. If you have leadership qualities, management experience, and enjoy challenges, this could be your opportunity! **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise the team and ensure smooth polo operations; Monitor and support students’ academic journey, ensuring a high-quality experience; Manage administrative and operational processes of the unit; Assist in student recruitment and retention by implementing strategic initiatives; Ensure compliance with institutional goals and guidelines; Provide service to students, parents/guardians, and partners; Prepare performance reports and propose improvements for the polo. **Requirements:** Minimum **1 year** of experience in supervision, coordination, or team leadership; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (fields such as Management, Administration, Pedagogy, or related disciplines are preferred); Skills in people management, public service, and problem solving; Strong communication, organizational, and proactive abilities; Basic computer and management tool proficiency. **Work Schedule** Employment Type: CLT – Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (44 hours per week).
