Job Summary: The professional will work in the Registration Department, providing service to members, analyzing and validating documents, and registering new members, ensuring compliance with the association’s rules. Key Highlights: 1. Essential role in the Registration Department and member service 2. Responsibility for document analysis and validation 3. Strategic support to consultants and the sales team The candidate will work full-time in the Registration Department from Monday to Friday, serving members via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person. The candidate will analyze and validate documents of new members; register new members in the system; ensure compliance with the association’s rules; and assist in coordination with consultants and the sales team. Requirements: completed high school education; knowledge of SGA and POWER systems; computer skills; prior experience in administrative routines and document analysis; organizational skills and attention to detail; agility, communication skills, knowledge of and familiarity with teamwork and customer service.
