Join us too! **Opportunity:** Process and Automation Analyst **Summary of Responsibilities:** Map, analyze, and optimize the company's operational processes, fully leveraging existing system functionalities, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation, and promoting platform integration. Act as a digital transformation agent, leading strategic initiatives for continuous improvement and enhanced operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Map and document operational processes and workflows; * Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities; * Explore advanced functionalities of systems used by the company; * Propose and implement AI-powered automation solutions (RPA, chatbots, intelligent assistants, etc.); * Evaluate and propose system integrations to eliminate rework and improve information flow; * Manage process improvement projects from conception to delivery; * Conduct workshops and interviews with business areas to gather requirements; * Monitor process performance indicators and propose corrective actions; * Collaborate with IT, operations, and technology vendors; * Stay updated on trends in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
