Assistance with software installation and basic network support *If you seek hands-on learning, technical skill development, and growth alongside a collaborative team, this internship opportunity may be right for you!* **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and peripherals; * Assisting with software installation and configuration; * Basic network and printer support; * Logging and tracking technical support tickets **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and eagerness to learn; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows) is preferred; * Familiarity with networking, printer configuration, and antivirus software; * Proficiency with remote access tools. * Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 12:00 PM–6:00 PM) * Stipend: R$890.00 \+ Transportation Allowance Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 890 months Compensation: R$890.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
