The work environment is collaborative, dynamic, and oriented toward growth—both of the business and of the people who are part of it. **Responsibilities** We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional responsible for maintaining, configuring, and expanding the IP telecommunications core infrastructure. The professional will work directly with BGP routers, managed switches, physical and virtualized servers, as well as IP telephony and VoIP PABX platforms. Practical experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to operate in mission-critical environments requiring high availability are essential. **Main Responsibilities:** * Configure and maintain edge routers using BGP (MikroTik and FortiNet). * Install, configure, and provide support for managed switches. * Administer and maintain physical servers (Dell) and virtualized environments (PROXMOX). * Monitor and resolve network and infrastructure issues, applying both preventive and corrective measures. * Document changes, processes, and technical improvements implemented. * Design, document, and implement network topologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 3 years of experience in network and server infrastructure. * Practical knowledge of Linux administration. * Installation, configuration, and administration of physical application servers (Our servers are Dell). * Creation, configuration, and administration of virtualized application servers (Our virtualization platform is PROXMOX). * BGP routing (MikroTik and FortiNet). * Managed switches. * Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana) and network security. **Desirable** * Networking certifications (MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA or similar). * Experience in high-availability (HA) environments. * Knowledge of VoIP telephony (Asterisk, Elastix, OpenSIPS). * Teamwork skills. * Driver's license (Category B). **Benefits** * Meal allowance or food voucher: BRL 31.00 * Fuel allowance: BRL 12.00 * Transportation voucher * Birthday day off * Birthday gift voucher: BRL 150.00 * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Gympass * Conexa Saúde **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (on-site at Santa Tereza neighborhood, BH) Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: BRL 5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
