**Job Mission** ------------------- Ensure the organization, accuracy, and continuous updating of the CRM system, guaranteeing that the sales funnel faithfully reflects operational reality and provides reliable data for strategic and tactical decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- ### **CRM Management and Updates** * Update and maintain the CRM database daily * Register new leads, customers, opportunities, and interaction history * Ensure all opportunities are correctly positioned within the sales funnel * Conduct periodic audits to identify and correct duplicates * Cleanse the database by removing incomplete or obsolete information * Populate custom fields and maintain consistent data entry standards ### **Sales Funnel Monitoring and Analysis** * Monitor the sales funnel daily, identifying bottlenecks and inconsistencies * Segment the database by specific criteria (stages, products, regions, etc.) * Create and manage lists, tags, and categorizations for targeted actions * Track basic conversion metrics per funnel stage * Flag stagnant opportunities or those with outdated information ### **Support and Reporting** * Generate simple tracking reports (leads, opportunities, conversions, tasks) * Support Sales and Post-Sales teams in the proper use of the CRM * Train new users on basic system functionalities * Configure minor automations and workflows * Maintain process documentation and user manuals ### **Continuous Improvement** * Suggest improvements to sales processes and CRM structure * Participate in testing new features or integrations * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize processes * Support migration or implementation projects for new tools ### **Requirements:** * **Prior experience with CRM systems (Kommo, Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, Moskit, or similar)** * **Experience updating and cleansing databases** * **Basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets** * **Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields)** * **Meticulous organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail** ### **Compensation & Benefits:** * **Medical Insurance** * **Dental Insurance** * **Transportation Allowance** * **Flexible Benefit: R$ 300.00 via Caju** * Hybrid work model — 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Flexible Benefit: R$ 300.00 via Caju
