Learn more about this opportunity. **What you need to apply for this position:** * Experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment. * Excellent written communication skills. * Ability to handle conflict situations and high-tension scenarios professionally and empathetically; * Excellent analytical skills and holistic vision to identify trends and propose improvements; * Microsoft Office suite * Completed high school education **Your daily responsibilities as an educator:** * Analyze and respond to student complaints submitted through critical channels \- Reclame Aqui, and platforms: Salesforce, SIGA DL, Netlex — ensuring effective, high-quality service to enhance student satisfaction. * Interact with interfacing departments to expedite case resolution; * Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with procedures; * Attend daily meetings with leadership for alignment and results reporting. **Nice-to-have qualifications for this position:** Ability to handle conflict situations and high-tension scenarios professionally and empathetically. * Excellent analytical skills and holistic vision to identify trends and propose improvements.
