If you seek to join a **collaborative environment that values continuous learning and excellence**, come build this story with us and help deliver greater quality, safety, and care to people's lives. **Hypofarma** **By your side for life.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor the master production plan, considering demand, capacity, and material availability; * Break down planning into production orders and monitor their execution; * Serve as the liaison between Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure alignment of activities; * Monitor PCP performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; * Lead or support projects aimed at enhancing planning efficiency and digitalizing supply chain processes; * Use ERP systems and BI tools for data analysis and reporting; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Production Control (PCP), preferably in regulated industrial environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic); * Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Oracle, or similar); * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools; * Understanding of MRP, inventory management, and production process lead times; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies; **Additional Information** Benefits: Our essence is **care**.
