**Responsibilities and Duties:** * Supervise and coordinate the company’s operational activities * Manage the production team, monitoring performance and productivity * Organize and control workflow on the factory floor * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety protocols * Support production scheduling and material allocation * Monitor raw material inventory and maintain workplace organization * Serve as the liaison between operational staff and company management * Implement continuous improvements in production processes **Requirements:** * Experience leading teams in industrial environments. * **Proven experience in manufacturing countertops, hoods, and stainless-steel countertops (Mandatory)** * Knowledge of production routines, task organization, and personnel management * Proactive, responsible profile with strong organizational skills * Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and guide team members ***Salary: BRL 5,500.00 + Performance Bonus + Incentive Bonus*** **Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Medical Insurance, Basic Food Basket.** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 5,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Life insurance Experience: * Manufacturing of countertops, hoods, and stainless-steel countertops (Mandatory)
