Learn more about PLC Advogados and **build your future with us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drafting reports; * Managing performance indicators; * Monitoring and scheduling deadlines; * Preparing hearing agendas and other administrative proceedings; * Data entry and system updates; * Conducting workflow training sessions; * Drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). **Knowledge:** Proficiency in the Windows operating system and core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF. **Essential:** Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; experience using legal software and technology tools. **Preferred:** Practical experience in Legal Controlling or related areas. **Additional Information** **Employment Model:** Service Partner **Compensation Package:** Fixed monthly draw, quarterly draw (based on performance and criteria of the variable remuneration program), payment of the current year’s OAB annual fee (if program eligibility requirements are met), and *referral* bonuses for new client acquisition. **Office Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid, subject to future adjustment based on operational needs.
