Description
**Job Objective:**
Responsible for controlling and monitoring the company's receivables, ensuring payments are made within established deadlines, thereby contributing to the organization’s financial health and cash flow. The role will also involve managing customer contracts, accounting and financial reconciliations, collections of receivables, contractual add-ons, as well as calculating and collecting success fees and adverse judgment fees in accordance with executed contracts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Control and monitor the accounts receivable portfolio, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines;
* Perform bank, accounting, and financial reconciliations related to receivables;
* Prepare, monitor, and analyze cash flow, forecasting inflows and outflows;
* Collect from delinquent customers, negotiating payment terms and conditions;
* Record payment clearances in the financial system/ERP;
* Manage customer contracts in the system, ensuring updated registrations and tracking of commercial terms;
* Analyze and monitor collection of contractual add-ons;
* Calculate and monitor collection of success fees and adverse judgment fees, per executed contracts;
* Generate management reports on delinquency, add-on collections, success fees, and receivables;
* Support monthly financial closing by providing revenue, collections, and cash flow information;
* Collaborate with sales, legal, and other departments to resolve payment issues;
* Monitor collection agreements and maintain an updated record of customer contact history.
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.);
* Experience with ERP systems;
* Basic knowledge of accounting and cash flow;
* Collection and negotiation techniques;
* Power BI knowledge (not mandatory, but considered a plus).
**Experience:**
* Prior experience in this role or in related areas.
