If you seek to join a solid, innovative company committed to developing people and technologies, **grow with CPE!** **Description** Act autonomously as the responsible party for executing and supervising all routines within the Foreign Trade area, ensuring compliance of import, export, and domestic procurement processes intended for resale, while adhering to current legislation, market best practices, and departmental operational indicators. Serve as the technical reference for the team, supporting decision-making and driving continuous process improvement. **And what will be your mission at CPE?** * Coordinate operational activities related to the Controller functions performed by team members; * Ensure achievement of operational indicators, as well as proper completion and verification of such indicators; * Interface with outsourced Accounting and Legal departments regarding required operational deliverables; * Perform budgetary control (planned vs. actual), and ensure accurate input and analysis of financial data; * Analyze company performance results, compile findings, and prepare reports for the Head; * Analyze deviations in company performance results and coordinate appropriate action plans; * Update management controls related to Finance, Trial Balances, and indebtedness; * Update management controls of other natures related to product groups or corporate groups. **What do you need to join our team?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role (preferably in companies focused on budgetary and strategic management); * Knowledge of Power BI or related tools; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience leading teams; * Strong communication skills, organization, dynamism, and sense of responsibility; * Proactive, analytical profile with business vision. **Nice-to-have:** * Familiarity with the SANKYHA platform. **Benefits?
