





We are seeking a professional to lead the Accounting area, with responsibility over financial, administrative, HR, and governance processes. The role will be responsible for ensuring healthy cash flow, the reliability of financial information, and support for the company's strategic decision-making. The level of the position (Coordination or Management) will be defined according to the candidate's experience and seniority. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead and develop the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and delinquency management team; Coordinate cash flow management, ensuring predictability and financial health; Coordinate the annual budgeting process and monitor its execution, promoting variance analyses and action plans; Prepare, manage, analyze, and present financial and performance indicators; Support the administrative management of third parties (legal, outsourced accounting, financial fundraising, and other service providers); Supervise Human Resources (HR) processes, including hiring, terminations, payroll, and labor obligations in partnership with the accounting firm; Support the management of administrative projects and the company’s strategic initiatives; Ensure compliance and document organization, guaranteeing sound financial, administrative, and labor practices; Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Technology, Customer Success, and People & Management) to ensure financial and strategic alignment; Develop the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and high performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; Previous experience in accounting; Knowledge of finance, cash flow, budgeting, and results analysis; Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools (BI, dashboards, and reports); Basic accounting knowledge and interaction with accounting firms; Analytical and structured profile, capable of generating insights from data; Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills at different organizational levels; Experience in people management (development, motivation, and performance).
