Job Summary: The professional will program, set up, and operate laser cutting machines, ensuring process execution in accordance with technical drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements. Autonomous maintenance and quality control Program, set up, and operate laser cutting machines to ensure cutting processes are executed in accordance with technical drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and productivity goals—contributing to production efficiency and waste reduction; verify equipment operating conditions and maintain them, as well as tools and consumables, following procedures defined in the Production Order (OP). ### **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and follow instructions from the team leader regarding production orders, prioritizing tasks according to production planning; * Interpret technical drawings, production orders, and customer specifications; * Program laser cutting machines using CAD/CAM files; * Define and adjust cutting parameters (power, speed, focus, assist gas, material thickness); * Plan and prepare for service execution, performing machine setup (nozzle replacement, alignment, adjustments, and installation of tools and consumables); * Conduct cutting tests and fine-tuning to ensure performance, quality, and productivity; * Operate the machine during production, continuously monitoring results; * Inspect cut parts to ensure dimensional conformity, proper finish, and safety; * Optimize sheet utilization (nesting) to minimize waste; * Perform basic autonomous maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, daily checklist); * Identify and report anomalies, failures, or corrective maintenance needs, escalating through appropriate channels. ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (technical courses in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred) **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings * CAD/CAM programming * Laser cutting parameters * Basic metrology and quality control * Fundamentals of autonomous maintenance Benefits: * Transportation Allowance * Meals at Work (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance (Odontoprev) * Food Card * Pharmacy Benefit Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
