Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling the access and movement of people and materials, monitoring areas, conducting security patrols, ensuring workplace organization, and providing courteous service. Key Highlights: 1. Strict control and monitoring of access and movement 2. Friendly and prompt service to internal and external customers 3. Ensuring workplace safety and organization * Strictly control vehicle, personnel, and material entry and exit, accurately recording all information to ensure security and control; * Receive and direct visitors, providing location information and notifying responsible personnel for reception; * Monitor the movement of materials, products, or equipment, verifying compliance with company regulations; * Observe movement across departments and report any anomalies, taking necessary actions per established procedures; * Respond to calls and requests, especially after business hours (after 5:00 PM); * Conduct security patrols every 30 minutes on weekdays, and continuously for 24 hours during weekends and holidays; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, maintaining facilities in good condition; * Provide friendly and prompt service to internal and external customers, consistently demonstrating courtesy and attentiveness; * Control the flow of goods, recording product and material entry and exit; * Monitor electrical systems and water and boiler conditions outside production and office working hours, ensuring proper operation and safety; * Turn off lighting panels as needed, maintaining safety and energy efficiency; * Complete reports on incidents, activities performed, and important observations during the shift.
