This is an entry-level role, ideal for those seeking industrial career growth. * **Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance** * of machines and equipment, always under supervision of technicians or mechanics. * **Execute lubrication plans**, oil sampling for analysis, and lubricant replacement. * **Organize inventory of materials and tools**, performing requisitions in the system (e.g., SAP). * **Comply with safety and environmental regulations**, using PPE and participating in periodic training. * Support **cleaning and maintenance of technical areas** and equipment. * **Completed high school** * (technical course preferred, either ongoing or completed). * Prior experience in an **industrial or building maintenance environment** is desirable. * Basic knowledge of **mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, or painting** is a plus. * **Commitment to safety, organization, and teamwork.** Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.850,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
