Job Responsibilities \- Development and implementation of HR policies: \- Create and implement people management strategies aligned with company objectives. \- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent. \- Propose and execute initiatives for team capacity building and strengthening. \- Apply tools to measure and monitor employee performance. \- Assist in defining and reviewing compensation packages and benefits programs. \- Collaborate with department leaders across the organization to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
