**Key Responsibilities:**
* **HR Routines:** Onboarding, offboarding, termination, vacation management, and employee documentation.
* **Compliance:** Submission of data to eSocial, RAIS, DCTFWeb, and management of ancillary obligations.
* **Benefits:** Procurement and administration of transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, and health insurance plans.
* **Employee Support:** Assistance to employees regarding payroll inquiries, rights, and internal policies.
**Profile Requirements:**
* **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* **Technical:** Solid knowledge of CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) and the eSocial system.
* **Tools:** Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with payroll systems.
* **Behavioral:** Organized, deadline-oriented, detail-focused to prevent errors, and proactive.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in HR functions.
* Familiarity with specific HR systems.
