As a Coordinator, you will lead strategies for attracting, nurturing, and qualifying Leads to generate a predictable pipeline and strengthen the brand, supporting commercial goals. Prioritize Ads (Meta, Google, and LinkedIn) as the main demand channel, while also developing SEO, content, email/automation, and PR to increase efficiency and predictability. Come lead the Playnautas team and be part of our journey to success! **Responsibilities:** Plan and orchestrate end-to-end demand generation (Inbound/Outbound), from top-of-funnel to handoff to Sales. Evaluate, delegate, and build, in partnership with vendors/agencies, paid media strategies (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) as the primary demand channel — setting goals, budgets, and test hypotheses to support business growth. Lead content calendar (blog, YouTube, social media, email) aligned with SEO and offers. **Improve SEO/Organic (Semrush):** topics, opportunities, and conversion optimization. **Operate RD Station Marketing and CRM:** scoring, workflows, automations, integrations, and SLAs with Sales/CS. Monitor KPIs (MQL, SQL, pipeline, CAC, ROI, conversion rates) and report results. Ensure brand governance and PR/agency relationships; coordinate team and vendors. **Requirements:** **Funnel strategy and demand generation:** ICP/personas, MQL/SQL definition, SLAs with Sales, pipeline forecasting; **Measurement and attribution:** GA4 \+ GTM, UTM governance, goals/events, and interpretation of attribution models; **Automation \& CRM:** RD Station Marketing and CRM (lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation); **Full-funnel Paid Media:** Meta/Google/LinkedIn — budgeting, test hypotheses, creatives, and optimization based on CAC/ROI; **Project \& partner management:** OKRs, Kanban, briefing, deadlines, and vendor performance; Brand governance (brandbook/voice tone). **Differentiators:** Analytics/BI (Looker Studio/Power BI); Automations and integrations (Webhook, Zapier/Make); **PR/events; Figma/Canva.
