**Job Description: Operational Control Analyst**
The Operational Control Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling logistics operational indicators to ensure greater efficiency, organization, and decision-making support.
This role involves monitoring fleet and operational data, performing administrative and operational controls, identifying deviations, and supporting process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and track fleet **average fuel consumption**, analyzing performance and potential deviations;
* Track **kilometers driven** indicators, calculating KM per vehicle, driver, and operation;
* Monitor and update **fueling controls**, verifying consumption, costs, and vehicle utilization;
* Manage **preventive and corrective maintenance**, tracking deadlines, costs, and fleet availability;
* Process and manage **reimbursement requests with Ambev**, ensuring document and information verification;
* Prepare operational reports and tracking spreadsheets;
* Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement;
* Support Fleet, Logistics, and Finance departments with information and indicators;
* Maintain organized vehicle records and historical logs;
* Monitor fleet productivity, efficiency, and performance indicators.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
**Working Hours:**
Mon–Fri
08:00–17:30 (1h30 lunch break)
Meal Voucher: BRL 30 per working day
Salary: Starting from BRL 2\.500,00 per month
