Job Summary:
Internship to assist nurses in patient admission, consultation accompaniment, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs and patients.
Key Highlights:
1. Direct support to nurses in patient care.
2. Participation in medication administration under supervision.
3. Learning in palliative care and multidisciplinary referral.
* **Assist** nurses in patient admission in the chemotherapy lounge, supporting patient accommodation and safe identification protocols;
* **Accompany** nurses during Nursing Consultations, observing the Systematization of Nursing Care (SAE);
* **Participate, under direct and immediate supervision**, in medication administration, assisting in verifying the “Five Rights” of nursing (right patient, right drug, right route, right dose, and right time);
* **Support** post-procedure telemonitoring under guidance from the nursing team;
* **Perform** vital signs measurement according to institutional protocols, under supervision;
* **Accompany** monitoring of patients receiving palliative care, learning the team activation workflow;
* **Observe and collaborate** in the referral workflow to the multidisciplinary team, per unit-established criteria.
Job Type: Internship
Contract Duration: 12 months
Compensation: R$1.000,00 - R$1.113,75 per month
