**Description:** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Analyst to support, manage, and evolve critical customer environments—both in cloud and on-premises. The professional will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, performance, and continuity of technology services, operating within a multicloud ecosystem involving the leading market providers. **Responsibilities:** Administer, monitor, and evolve critical customer infrastructure environments—both cloud and on-premises; Work within multicloud ecosystems, leveraging major market players (AWS, OCI, GCP, among others); Manage Windows and Linux servers, with focus on availability, automation, hardening, and advanced troubleshooting; Maintain and enhance network environments—including firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, routing, and hybrid connectivity; Implement and maintain high-availability, recovery, backup, and business continuity architectures; Participate in multicloud environment migration, modernization, and standardization projects; Create technical documentation, procedures, and architecture diagrams; Lead incident management for critical issues, driving root cause analysis (RCA) and proposing continuous improvement actions; Collaborate with internal security, development, and operations teams to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices. **Requirements:** Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments; Solid experience with multicloud platforms—AWS, Azure, and/or GCP; Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.); Strong networking expertise (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, routing); Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux (administration, automation, troubleshooting); Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.); Knowledge of automation / Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.); Experience with backup solutions, storage, high-availability systems, and mission-critical environments; Ability to operate effectively under pressure during complex incidents; Strong client relationship skills—understanding client needs and expectations, and delivering high-quality service; Advanced technical English proficiency. **Desirable Differentiators:** Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate, GCP Associate, RHCE, VMware VCP, etc.); Experience in hybrid environments and multicloud migration projects; Experience with Kubernetes and containers; Experience with VSAN (VMware) and Failover Cluster (Hyper-V) clustering; Knowledge of observability and advanced logging; Prior experience in IT consulting; Fluent English (technical and conversational).
