Here’s how you will contribute to the IT Infrastructure team: Administering, monitoring, and maintaining Windows and Linux server infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance; Managing and administering the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD; Operating in the management and support of cloud environments (Azure/AWS), including IaaS, PaaS resources, and network services; Implementing and maintaining information security policies, access controls, and compliance practices; Performing advanced troubleshooting of incidents in servers, networks, and corporate applications; Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network environments (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers); Administering relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or similar) at basic maintenance and performance level; Supporting infrastructure projects and system migrations, including ERP environments (desirable SAP); Producing and keeping technical documentation and operational procedures up to date; Supporting internal and external IT audits. 2511090202181756513
