We are looking for a **Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst** to lead the management and maintenance of complex IT environments. The professional will be responsible for ensuring stable infrastructure operations, implementing and promoting best security practices across all layers. Main Responsibilities: * Lead the management and maintenance of Windows Server Active Directory, ensuring strict implementation of security policies and best practices. * Administer AWS environments with focus on SysOps operations or infrastructure architecture, optimizing service performance and security. * Support, optimize, and develop advanced Office 365 integrations aligned with security and compliance policies. * Conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and proactively implement corrective measures. * Contribute to responses in compliance questionnaires (LGPD), ensuring data integrity and security. * Manage Fortigate solutions and provide specialized support for Cisco Switches, ensuring high network availability. * Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Grafana and Zabbix, performing analysis and generating reports for senior management. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with Windows Server Active Directory. * AWS certification (Architecture and/or SysOps) with proven experience. * Solid experience with Office 365 in complex corporate environments. * In-depth familiarity with information security audits and LGPD. * Advanced knowledge of Fortigate and Cisco Switches. * Significant experience with Grafana and Zabbix in production environments. * Substantial experience administering Linux Servers. * High adaptability in changing and ambiguous scenarios. * Excellent collaborative work skills and effective communication across hierarchical levels. * Proactivity, solution-focused mindset, and ability to anticipate needs. * Ability to work independently, with strong responsibility and commitment. **Differentiators:** * Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Azure and AWS) and continuous integration. * Familiarity with containers (Kubernetes, Fargate, ECS) and application orchestration. * Experience in vulnerability management and risk mitigation.
