If you believe in your abilities and can demonstrate them in practice, join the WS rocket! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Full user management (creation, removal, permissions, and groups) * Exchange Online administration (emails, distribution groups, policies) * OneDrive and SharePoint management (access rights and sharing) * Microsoft 365 license administration * Implementation and maintenance of: * Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) * Conditional Access * Basic security policies **IT Asset Management:** * Equipment, software, and activation inventory * Asset lifecycle management * Standardization of workstations * IT and network security (operational level) * Network access control (Wi-Fi and wired) * Support in firewall configuration and blocking rules * Prevention of unauthorized or pirated software usage * Workstation and software inventory * Support in developing and implementing internal IT policies **IT Operations:** * Employee onboarding and offboarding * Creation and removal of system access rights * Standardization of workstations and user configurations * Internal IT support * Liaison with technology vendors * Access governance * Monitoring and vulnerability management **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Practical expertise in Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including: * User management * Exchange Online * OneDrive and SharePoint * Access and sharing controls * MFA and Conditional Access * Microsoft licensing * Corporate environment experience * Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking and security * Microsoft 365 Administration * Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Firewall experience * Familiarity with LGPD * Software inventory experience * Microsoft certifications (MS-900, SC-900, AZ-900) **BEHAVIORAL PROFILE:** * Organized and responsible * Operational mindset * Attention to security and control * Strong communication skills with non-technical users * Ability to document processes **THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF:** * Your focus is solely on help desk support * You have never administered Microsoft 365 in practice * You do not prioritize information security * You prefer environments lacking autonomy or responsibility **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** Completed high school; Technical or undergraduate degree (or currently enrolled) in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields; Prior experience in technical support (internships or previous jobs) will be considered a plus. **BENEFITS:** Competitive salary Contract type: PJ (Service Provider) Partnership with English language school Drees Code Free Life insurance
