Desirable Requirements * Specialization in the field of activity; * Knowledge of operating systems; * Network management, switches, routers, firewalls, virtualization, and servers (Blade); * Backup systems; * File storage (Storage) and antivirus. * Monitor daily execution and quality of data and server backups (physical and virtual), performing necessary corrections and engaging service providers when applicable. * Support Technical Support staff on more complex tickets, ensuring efficient response to internal demands. * Share knowledge about technologies, tools, and support processes, promoting the team's technical development. * Manage contracts under their responsibility, monitoring deliveries, invoicing, payments, and fulfillment of contracted services. * Monitor delivery and performance of IT suppliers, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and standards. * Document incidents, solutions, and procedures, maintaining an updated and accessible knowledge base for IT teams. * Conduct analyses and propose improvements in the infrastructure environment, covering servers, storages, networks, and other equipment. * Ensure updates of corporate systems, tools, and operating systems, guaranteeing stability and security. * Participate in infrastructure and information security projects, meeting audit requirements and governance best practices. * Monitor performance indicators under their responsibility, ensuring achievement of established goals. * Monitor the ticket queue in the Service Desk tool, recording and tracking actions until resolution. * Stay updated on new technologies and propose innovations applicable to the IT environment. * Perform other related tasks as required by the department. 2511130202461804721
