Description: Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks or related fields. * Experience in IT infrastructure with focus on networking, working in corporate or industrial environments. * Experience in support/maintenance of Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Fortinet environments; * Experience with Internet links, Voice, PABX and related technologies. * Availability for travel. * Driver's license category B. Knowledge in: * Experience with hybrid environments (cloud + on-premises). * Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, scripts). * Familiarity with security solutions such as corporate antivirus, ZTNA, next-generation firewalls, and access control tools. * Previous participation in cloud migration projects, infrastructure upgrades, or implementation of security policies. Desirable: * Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Fortinet, Cisco CCNA or equivalent are desirable. * Postgraduate studies or extension courses in networking, information security or cloud computing (in progress or completed) will be considered a differentiator. * Manage network services and critical infrastructure, such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, VPN, firewall, proxy and load balancers. * Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of medium and high complexity incidents in on-premise and cloud environments. * Participate in infrastructure modernization projects, such as server migration, network upgrades and adoption of cloud solutions. * Administer backup, monitoring and threat protection tools (antivirus, EDR). * Execute routine tasks and preventive maintenance of infrastructure systems. * Collaborate in the definition and implementation of security policies, patch updates and vulnerability management. * Produce technical documentation, automation scripts and compliance reports. * Support Junior team members with technical guidance and procedure validation. * Ensure compliance with IT standards, information security and operational best practices. 2511080202181821588
