Job Description: Infrastructure Analyst - ERP * **Network Management:** Oversee network infrastructure to ensure it is robust, secure, and efficient. This includes configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices. * **Server Administration:** Configure and maintain servers hosting company applications, websites, and databases. This includes ensuring data availability and security. * **Technical Support:** Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot IT issues, configure devices, and ensure smooth daily operations. * **IT Security:** Implement security measures to protect the network and systems against cyber threats, ensuring confidential company data remains protected. * **Virtualization and Storage:** Manage virtual servers, cloud storage, and storage devices, optimizing performance and storage capacity; experience with TS Plus and IBM Cloud Servers. * **Backup and Data Recovery:** Develop backup and recovery strategies to protect critical company data from loss. * **Infrastructure Assessment and Improvement:** Continuously analyze the IT infrastructure, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
