




Description: Computer Networks: * Solid knowledge of TCP/IP protocols. * Knowledge of VLAN and LAN concepts. * Experience in structured cabling (identification, optical fiber splicing – differential, network point certification). Operating Systems: * Administration and troubleshooting in Windows environments (Desktop and Server). Hardware and Software: * Assembly, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and servers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365. Incident Management: * Proficiency in Help Desk / Service Desk tools, e.g., GLPI. * Ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve Level 2 issues (escalating to Level 3 only when necessary). Camera Installation and Maintenance: * Solid knowledge of analog and IP cameras. * Ability to install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance (including focus adjustment, positioning, and image quality optimization). Recording and Monitoring Systems: * Advanced experience with DVRs (Digital Video Recorders) and NVRs (Network Video Recorders). * Configuration and administration of Video Management Software (VMS), e.g., Intelbras S.I.M., Digifort, Hikvision iVMS, etc. Networks Applied to CCTV: * Ability to design and manage networks to support video traffic (bandwidth, QoS). * Configuration of PoE (Power over Ethernet) and managed switches for IP cameras. Integrated Security Systems (Differentiator): * Knowledge of Access Control systems (turnstiles, biometrics, RFID). * Experience with alarm control panels and electric fences, including their integration with CCTV systems. * Familiarity with Video Analytics technologies (facial recognition, license plate recognition, advanced motion detection). The primary focus of this role is to ensure the stability and performance of our entire monitoring platform: * CCTV Management: Configure cameras (IP and analog), DVRs, NVRs, and VMS software. * Level 2 Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system (Windows), and network (LAN/WAN) incidents. * Network Infrastructure: Understand switch architecture (including PoE and VLAN) to ensure data traffic supports the video system. * Security and Data: Manage image and log backup routines; integrate CCTV with other security systems (Access Control and Alarms). * Field Team Oversight: Remotely monitor field team maintenance activities to provide guidance and system configuration support during scheduled maintenance at client sites. * Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Create and update technical procedures (Knowledge Base) and propose continuous improvements to IT and Security infrastructure. 2512050202181904562
