Inventory control and administrative support Main Responsibilities: * Assist in the quotation and purchasing process for materials, products, and services; * Contact suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery timelines; * Issue purchase orders and track deliveries; * Verify invoices and purchase orders; * Monitor minimum stock levels and support replenishment planning; * Update supplier and product records in the system; * Provide support to the administrative department as needed.
