We are innovation in the consumer experience! Anytime, anywhere! Job Summary: Responsible for in-person and telephone customer service, reception organization, and administrative support. As the company’s first point of contact, ensuring courteous, efficient, and welcoming service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and guide visitors, customers, suppliers, and employees; Answer phone calls, relaying information or routing calls to the appropriate departments; Schedule meetings, appointments, and commitments according to company needs; Monitor the flow of people and correspondence entering and exiting the premises; Organize and maintain a clean, functional reception area; Record information in internal systems, spreadsheets, or electronic calendars; Support basic administrative tasks such as document scanning, email sending, and office supply management; Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and service delivery. Requirements: Completed high school education; Previous experience in this role; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite, email, electronic calendar); Professional demeanor, friendliness, and strong interpersonal skills; Punctuality, organization, and discretion.
