**Responsibilities of the Role**
* Supervise the shipping team (pickers, verifiers, forklift operators, and other staff).
* Train and guide the team on shipping procedures and policies.
* Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
* Control and monitor real-time shipping status, focusing on reducing operational delays.
* Analyze shipping data to identify improvement opportunities.
* Implement changes to optimize shipping processes, ensuring organization and safety.
* Develop initiatives to enhance the capabilities of shipping leaders through feedback practices and a sense of urgency.
* Delegate tasks to team leaders to ensure better team oversight.
* Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and productivity of the shipping team.
* Conduct daily meetings with the team at the start of each shift.
* Promote team engagement and productivity initiatives.
* Promote initiatives to reduce absenteeism.
* Monitor KPIs and drive actions to achieve company goals.
**Requirements**
Requirements:
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
Preferred Qualification: Completed bachelor’s degree.
