They must also clarify all customer questions regarding motorcycle services, monitoring each stage of inspections and washes to ensure everything proceeds as expected. Additionally, they will keep customers informed in real time about the status of services, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the entire service experience. Finally, they must uphold excellence and quality, contributing to the best possible customer experience. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Valid **CNH Class A driver’s license**. **Knowledge:** * Familiarity with major motorcycle models available in the Brazilian market and their operation. * Motorcycle mechanics knowledge.
