Join our team: https://www.linkedin.com/company/konica\-minolta\-healthcare\-do\-brasil/ **POSITION LOCATION:** Nova Lima/ MG **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics/Mechanical fields, and ongoing higher education in Engineering, Quality or related areas; * Experience in Quality area, including investigation of non-conformities, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); * Experience in internal and external audits, and knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, RDC 665 or equivalent standards; * Familiarity with Quality tools: PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, Pareto, and Statistical Process Control (SPC); * Practical knowledge in interpreting technical drawings and applicable regulatory specifications for the product. **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, TOTVS or similar; * Experience in medical devices field will be a differentiator. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute and monitor activities of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; * Monitor incoming, process, and product inspections, ensuring adherence to technical specifications; * Conduct investigations of non-conformities, analyze root causes, and define corrective/preventive actions (CAPA); * Support preparation and execution of internal process audits, including follow-up of action plans; * Control and keep updated Quality performance indicators (KPIs); * Provide technical support to production and engineering teams regarding interpretation of product and process requirements; * Contribute to continuous improvement of Quality processes and technical documentation. **BENEFITS THAT TRANSFORM YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH US:** Here, we truly care about offering much more than a basic benefits package.
